Naomi has been trending this week after WWE announced that the Women's World Champion does not have medical clearance to compete. This led to her title defense against IYO SKY being postponed and her match against Stephanie Vaquer at Clash in Paris being up in the air. Several days later, fans still do not know Naomi's health status, as WWE has not provided any further information on the matter.

Natalya, a locker room companion and close friend of Naomi, was asked about the issue in her most recent appearance on Busted Open Radio. "The Queen of Harts" stated that she does not know what problem her friend is going through, indicating that she now needs her space to deal with whatever she is facing.

"Especially for the locker room, it's one of those things where, well, someone will know what's going on, but in this situation, for example, Naomi is a very close friend to me, and I feel that right now is a moment where she needs space. Normally, when something crazy happens - and I don't think it's something bad - I just think that, obviously, it's something private, personal. No one wants to get injured. We know how much Naomi has fought to get where she is. She's at the top of the division," she said.

"She had that historic moment at Money in the Bank. She won the briefcase, and then she cashed it in at the second women's exclusive pay-per-view. She cashed it in at Evolution, which was an incredible way to do it. All the girls were in Gorilla Position hugging her and crying, and the guys too. Everyone was so happy for her, so excited for her."

"So yeah, it's crazy, because she was so excited. From what I know, the last time we talked, she said, 'I know what I have, and I'm so grateful for it. I can't believe all this is happening.' But I feel she's really, deeply grateful. So, whatever happens now, there's a part of me that wants to say to her: 'Hey, Trin, what's going on? Tell me, give me the scoop'. But another part of me thinks that, sometimes, when people are going through something - as I said, an injury or some complicated situation - they'll talk about it when they're ready. But I know she would have loved to fight IYO on Monday," she concluded.

After announcing that Naomi would not compete on Monday Night Raw, where she was supposed to defend the World Heavyweight Championship against IYO SKY, WWE urged fans to stay tuned to the company's social media, where they would update the case. However, four days later, we still have no news on the matter, with some rumors pointing to a possible pregnancy for Naomi.
