Mercedes Moné will defend the Undisputed British Women's Championship of RevPro at the Uprising event that the British promotion will hold on December 14 at the Vale Arena in Cardiff. Her opponent will be the Englishwoman Rhio, who will try to win her first title in the promotion.
"The CEO" will put the championship on the line for the fourth time since she took it from Mina Shirakawa at AEW Wrestle Dynasty 333 days ago. Her previous defense was on August 22, when she defeated Discovery Wrestling Champion Emersyn Jane in a match where the winner took it all.
This will be the first time Moné and Rhio face each other in their professional careers. Rhio is currently a double champion, holding the EVE Championship and the ICW World Heavyweight Championship (previously held by renowned wrestlers like Drew McIntyre, Trent Seven, Noam Dar, Big Damo, or Joe Coffey, among others). For now, only Moné's championship will be at stake, although we cannot rule out a change of plans before the show.
And Moné remains hungry for titles. With thirteen championships to her name (eleven of them active), "The CEO" doesn't seem willing to give up her "Belt Collector" persona, even if it means filling her schedule with commitments. For now, Mercedes has a defense of the Women's World Television Championship scheduled at ROH Final Battle, an event that will take place tomorrow in Columbus, Ohio.
