Becky Lynch has been confirmed as part of the main cast of the new FX comedy pilot Movers. The series, an improvised comedy produced by 20th Television, was created by Robert Ben Garant and Cathy Shim — the minds behind the iconic Reno 911! — and will follow a quirky team of movers and their chaotic, interconnected lives.
According to Deadline, the cast includes Maz Jobrani, Darius Homayoun, Tanael "TJ" Joachim, Manny Montana, and Becky Lynch (real name: Rebecca Quin), who continues to solidify her career as an actress beyond the wrestling ring.
This won’t be Lynch’s first on-screen appearance. She recently appeared in the series Billions, worked as a stunt performer on Vikings, portrayed Cyndi Lauper in Young Rock, and will soon have a role in Happy Gilmore 2, which premieres July 25 on Netflix. She’s also reportedly attached to an upcoming Star Trek project for Paramount+.
Becky’s role in Movers comes just months after her return to WWE at WrestleMania 41, where she won the Women’s Tag Team Championship alongside Lyra Valkyria. It remains unclear whether her involvement in the comedy will impact her active wrestling schedule, although she is currently scheduled to defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Lyra Valkyria and Bayley at the upcoming Evolution event.
In addition to her acting career, Becky Lynch released her long-awaited autobiography in 2024, "Becky Lynch: The Man - Not Your Average Average Girl", which became an instant success and landed on the New York Times Best Sellers list.
