The faction drama in WWE doesn't stop, and everything indicates that the new alliance of Seth Rollins is about to enter an even more turbulent stage. According to Bodyslam sources, the stability of the stable could break sooner than expected.
The group, made up of Seth Rollins, Bron Breakker, and Bronson Reed, has been causing chaos on both RAW and SmackDown since its formation earlier this year. However, a report by Viper for Bodyslam.net claims that WWE is already planning a major betrayal within the group.
Apparently, long-term creative plans include Breakker eventually betraying Rollins, although this plot twist won’t happen right away. The seeds may already have been planted in recent weeks through subtle gestures, glances, or small disagreements in segments. There’s speculation that this turn will make Bron Breakker a babyface, although that’s not confirmed.
Paul Heyman, a veteran in leading dominant factions like The Dangerous Alliance or The Bloodline, is once again at the center of the chaos. After his shocking betrayal of Roman Reigns to side with CM Punk (only to later betray Punk as well), Heyman brought together three destructive forces under one banner — but their union seems to have an expiration date.
With Triple H now in charge of WWE’s creative direction, stories centered around internal betrayals and power struggles within factions have become a recurring theme. And in this case, all signs point to the fact that the breakup of the Trifecta of Terror is only a matter of time.
Tonight, a new episode of Monday Night Raw will air, in which all members of the group will compete in separate singles matches. Penta will face Seth Rollins. Sami Zayn will go one-on-one with Bron Breakker, while Bronson Reed will take on Jey Uso.
