In the last few days, WWE's decision to schedule its events on the same dates as those of All Elite Wrestling has intensified the debate about the competition between both companies. The strategy has sparked a whirlwind of comments among fans, with many speculating that the measure intentionally seeks to weaken the strength and popularity of Tony Khan's company.

Faced with this situation, the president of AEW has once again demonstrated his confidence in the contest. Responding emphatically through social media, Khan addressed a fan who predicted the downfall of his company at the hands of WWE, making it clear with his response that he has no plans to give up and that his company is here to stay.

The confrontation unfolded on X after a successful episode of AEW Collision. In a message of gratitude to the fans, a user replied to Tony Khan with a bold prediction: "WWE is going to take you down and make you close, I can't wait." Far from being upset, Khan opted for a short and sarcastic response. He shared a GIF of Captain Jean-Luc Picard from Star Trek saying: "That will be the day," a humorous way to make it clear that the company has no plans to go anywhere.

Putting controversies aside, Tony Khan has focused entirely on innovating his product. As proof of this vision, AEW is preparing to hold its Forbidden Door 2025 event, which will bring together the best talents from its roster with guest stars from NJPW, STARDOM, and CMLL.
