The collaboration between WWE and AAA continues to make headlines. Just hours after what happened at Triplemanía XXXIII, two of the most prominent names in Mexican wrestling have appeared in the Monday Night Raw locker room.

As reported this afternoon by Fightful, El Hijo del Vikingo and Mr. Iguana arrived in Philadelphia this morning, after having competed in the big AAA Lucha Libre event held over the weekend. Their presence in WWE territory is no coincidence: the company plans to continue integrating wrestlers from the Mexican company on a regular basis.

El Hijo del Vikingo will continue his rivalry with Dominik Mysterio, which is expected to extend until Worlds Collide. Mr. Iguana will only be appearing sporadically on WWE programming, as the company has been very pleased with him so far.

It is likely that El Hijo del Vikingo will appear to respond to Dominik Mysterio's challenge, who Dominik Mysterio Challenges Hijo del Vikingo for Worlds Collide, an event that will take place on September 12 at The Pavilion at the Thomas & Mack Center in Las Vegas, Nevada. The match has not been confirmed, so WWE may want to take advantage of TV time to further strengthen that show.

Meanwhile, Mr. Iguana, accompanied by his inseparable puppet La Yesca, will have sporadic appearances on WWE programs. Last weekend, at Triplemanía XXXIII, he had a heartwarming moment with Finn Bálor in the ring, who introduced Demonito, a puppet resembling his Demon King character. It has not been confirmed if they will have a new face-off on Raw.
