All Elite Wrestling has just celebrated a new episode of AEW Dynamite at the OVO Hydro in Glasgow, Scotland. The show will be broadcast on TBS and HBO Max at its usual time, but we already have the results of the event, which you can read below.
- Will Ospreay revealed that he does not have medical clearance to compete, which is why he wants to compete in a Lights Out Steel Cage Match without sanctions. Jon Moxley and Death Riders appeared on the scene to confront the Brit, whom they quickly attacked. However, Hiroshi Tanahashi stormed into the ring to save Ospreay.
- Hiroshi Tanahashi and JetSpeed (Kevin Knight and Mike Bailey) defeated The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, Claudio Castagnoli, and Wheeler Yuta) in a tag team match.
- After the match, a brawl broke out involving Bullet Club War Dogs (Robbie X, Drilla Moloney, and Clark Connors) and The Opps (Samoa Joe, Powerhouse Hobbs, and Katsuyori Shibata). The Young Bucks (Matt Jackson and Nick Jackson) knocked out Ospreay with a superkick. At that moment, Darby Allin appeared with a body bag and executed a coffin drop from one of the balconies.
- Cope and Christian Cage carried out a promo to explain their recent reunion. Kip Sabian and Mother Wayne interrupted the segment while Nick Wayne appeared in a video announcing that he would not be able to compete in Forbidden Door due to dealing with a broken foot. However, he is always one step ahead of Cope and Christian, which led him to introduce his replacement at the PPV: Luchasaurus, who made his return to television programming to attack the legends.
- Mark Briscoe promised to kill MJF. He, in turn, met with Ricochet and Gates of Agony (Bishop Kaun and Toa Liona) to form an alliance against Briscoe.
- AEW Tag Team Title Eliminator Tournament Final: Brodido (Brody King and Bandido) vs. FTR (Cash Wheeler and Dax Harwood) ended in a draw after the 30-minute regulation match time expired.
- A promotional video was shown for the match between Swerve Strickland and Kazuchika Okada at AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
- Hangman Page delivered a promo where he called MJF a coward after his recent surprise attack. MJF interrupted the promo from the venue screen to show a bound Mark Briscoe. MJF threatened to set him on fire if Page did not accept his conditions: that the AEW World Championship could change hands in case of disqualification or count out and that it is not necessary to cash in his contract. Hangman accepted MJF's demands, thus saving Briscoe.
- Athena and Mercedes Mone defeated Alex Windsor and Toni Storm in the main event of the night.
