Currently, we can say that AEW is going through a very good creative moment. The event All In was a great proof of that, and despite the fact that the Forbidden Door storyline is quite improvable (mainly due to the lack of participation from NJPW and CMLL), the reality is that the lineup it presents is very appealing.
Unfortunately, not everything is good news for Khan's company. In recent days, it has been reported that several very important wrestlers in the programming have suffered injuries or physical problems that compromise their presence on television in the coming weeks.
The most important of all is, undoubtedly, Will Ospreay. The British wrestler already mentioned after All In that he was dealing with a complicated neck injury that could prevent him from competing at the London event. Nevertheless, in his appearance on Dynamite yesterday, he mentioned that he will fight in Forbidden Door despite not having medical clearance. After that, he will likely leave the programming to address his physical issue.
Regarding this issue, Dave Melzter commented on the Wrestling Observer Radio that Ospreay will need neck surgery, which would keep him away from the ring for about 15 months, 12 if lucky. He also compared the British wrestler to Kurt Angle: "Kurt and Ospreay have very similar mindsets, in the sense that they try to give you incredible matches all the time until their bodies can't take it anymore."
During the show, Bryan Alvarez also talked about Nick Wayne's situation. The young wrestler announced yesterday on Dynamite that he broke his foot. On the radio, Alvarez confirmed that it is 100% real, and if surgery is not required, the injury would keep Wayne off television for about ten weeks. The ROH Television Champion will not face Christian Cage and Adam Copeland in that tag team match at Forbidden Door. His replacement will be Killswitch. Additionally, ROH will have to manage the absence of its champion.

On the other hand, G1 winner Takeshita also seems to have some physical issues after the intense tournament. The heavy load of matches and the hard effort took a toll on him, especially in his match against Zack Sabre Jr in the semifinals, of which he says he doesn't remember anything. Despite this, the Japanese wrestler traveled with AEW to Scotland, where he participated in the recording of Collision. While there is no diagnosed injury or problem, AEW will have to take care of the talented wrestler.
