Last night saw the premiere of Real American Freestyle, the new wrestling promotion created by Hulk Hogan and Eric Bischoff. The show took place at the Wolstein Center in Cleveland, Ohio, and was broadcasted on Fox Nation. The new promotion has been described as "the future of wrestling" and "the first professional wrestling league without a script for the world's best athletes."
In total, ten matches were held, with participants facing opponents of the same weight class. Notable was the main event of the night, where Wyatt Hendrickson, winner of the prestigious Hodge Trophy (awarded to the best collegiate wrestler in the United States), defeated Mostafa Elders by unanimous decision.
Below are the quick results and some images from the promotion's first event.
