Tonight at WWE Clash in Paris, John Cena starred in a great match against Logan Paul. The intense fight, which lasted about half an hour, allowed the veteran wrestler to showcase the best of his arsenal, with nods to his old rivals, and after the match, John Cena's next appearance as part of his tour has been confirmed.

During a press conference after the event, John Cena explained that his unusual display of moves was a tribute to those who have influenced his career, as he won't have time to face all of them on his retirement tour. During his match against Logan Paul, Cena paid tribute to veterans like Christopher Daniels, with his famous Angel's Wings, and to A.J. Styles, with his Styles Clash.

Additionally, during his participation in the press conference, John Cena confirmed that he will be present at the next SmackDown, which will take place on September 5th in Chicago, Illinois. Although he didn't announce if he will have a match, he assured he is ready for any challenge and speculation is that during the show he could further his rivalry with Brock Lesnar.

After his great performance at Clash in Paris, John Cena has entered the final stretch of his acclaimed retirement tour. The 17-time World Champion only has eight more appearances in the coming months, marking the countdown to his final match in December, with an opponent yet to be defined.
