After the resounding success that was Forbidden Door for AEW, Tony Khan's company is now on the road to one of its flagship PPVs, All Out. It will be the seventh edition of this event, and this year it will take place on September 20th from Toronto. Despite this, AEW is not going to slow down during these weeks, and it seems that, even in the week of the event itself, which is usually somewhat static with little storyline progression, they are going to go full throttle.
It seems that on Wednesday the 17th, fans of the company will be able to enjoy three uninterrupted hours of wrestling. According to the established TBS schedule, Dynamite will start at its usual time, 8 pm EST. However, at 10 pm it seems that the Collision program will be broadcast. This show would last only one hour and would move from Saturday for the obvious reason of not overlapping with the PPV. Nevertheless, after Collision it seems that there will be another one-hour special called Countdown to All Out.
However, the most interesting thing is that this All Elite day will receive a new name and aesthetic. A few days ago, the news came out that the company had registered the name September to Remember, which bears a strong resemblance to the popular November to Remember from the 90s with ECW.
While it seemed that this special weekly show could have taken place at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, the former home of the extreme company, it seems that it will finally be the city of London, Ontario, Canada, that will be able to enjoy this pre-PPV event.
Beyond the final product that AEW presents at All Out, the PPV will be remembered for being the first time that a special event from All Elite goes head-to-head with a main roster WWE PLE on the same day and in the same time slot. Many fans are already eagerly anticipating this historic day and looking forward to enjoying a night of dual-screen action.
