WWE NXT will continue its path towards No Mercy next Tuesday with a new episode of its weekly show at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. The event will feature several matches and standout segments, including the debut of Faby Apache on the brand, an elimination match for a title opportunity, and a Flag Match. But that won't be all.
Ava, General Manager of NXT, has taken to her social media to announce a new match with title implications. Following their victory over DarkState in this week's main event, Hank Walker and Tank Ledger have earned a rematch for the NXT Tag Team Championships, which will take place next Tuesday.
This will be the first title defense for Dion Lennox and Osiris Griffin (the faction members holding the gold) since they captured the titles from Walker and Ledger two weeks ago at NXT Heatwave. It will be the first test for DarkState to prove they have what it takes to lead the tag team division. Meanwhile, Hank and Tank will aim to deal a heavy blow to the reign of terror their enemies seek to maintain.
WWE NXT will take place on Tuesday, September 9th at the Performance Center in Orlando, Florida. Fans can witness the show live from the venue or through its broadcast in the United States on The CW and internationally on Netflix. Below is the updated card for the event.
