Allie, also known as The Bunny, has returned to training inside the ring after a long absence. The former two-time Knockouts champion had gone almost two years without competing in a match and confirmed through Instagram that she has resumed activity to once again feel the sensations in the ring.

"I haven't had a real match in, damn, I think it might be two years," she confessed in her post. "Many things have changed in my life and I felt like I wanted to return to the ring and see how it feels." Allie explained that during that time she also did not train or practice wrestling: "In the last few months, I started to realize how much I missed it, more than I expected."

The wrestler wanted to make it clear that she did not want to rush and waited until she felt ready to return to action. "It hurt a lot," she admitted about her first day back. "That first bump... I started bouncing off the ropes and it was very painful, but honestly, it felt really good."

Allie's last match took place on September 6, 2023, in a recording of AEW Rampage, where she teamed up with Anna Jay and Taya Valkyrie and lost to the team formed by Britt Baker, Hikaru Shida, and Skye Blue. In November of that same year, she was removed from the official AEW roster page, and PWInsider reported that her departure from the company was by mutual agreement.

It is important to note that Allie's absence was not due to an injury. The wrestler decided to step away from the activity after her departure from AEW in 2023 and did not train or step into a ring again until now. Her return is by her own choice, after almost two years of a break in her career.
