A new report has revealed details about who will be the beneficiaries of Hulk Hogan's inheritance. According to US Weekly, in court documents filed this week, Nick Hogan, son of the legendary wrestler, appears as the sole beneficiary of the estate. Hogan's wife, Sky Daily, is listed as the surviving spouse (potentially having some rights), while Brooke Hogan is not included after requesting to be removed from the will in 2023.
The assets amount to around 5 million dollars, although the figure could increase if a medical negligence lawsuit that Daily is reportedly considering is successful. The documentation details that Hogan left 200,000 dollars in cryptocurrencies, 799,000 in personal properties and intellectual property rights, in addition to his right of publicity, valued at around 4 million. The potential medical malpractice litigation still does not have a specific valuation.
Nick Hogan has requested to be named co-personal representative of the estate alongside lawyer Terry McCoy, and also asks for McCoy to be appointed as the estate's conservator. The documents indicate that Hogan's original will was signed in 2016 and was amended four times, the last in 2023.
Hogan passed away in July at the age of 71 due to complications following a neck surgery that allegedly compromised his phrenic nerve, the same procedure at the center of the potential negligence lawsuit.
On another note, Nick Hogan has filed a lawsuit against radio host Bubba the Love Sponge over an upcoming documentary that addresses the scandal of Hulk Hogan's sex tape and its impact on the presenter's life and career. The documentary was screened this week in Florida with the attendance of Brooke Hogan.
