WrestlePalooza will take place on September 20th, coinciding with AEW All Out, in what could be the last direct confrontation between WWE and Tony Khan's company in 2025. At least, that's what a new report claims, although history shows that with WWE, nothing should be taken for granted.

In the latest episode of WrestleVotes Radio, JoeyVotes revealed that, according to an internal source, there will be no more direct clashes between WWE and AEW for the remainder of the year. All Elite Wrestling has three more PPV events scheduled: on October 18th, November 22nd, and December 27th, but none of them would coincide with a premium WWE event.

The current schedule for All Elite Wrestling is as follows:

  • October 18th: AEW will hold Wrestle Dream, while WWE will have a super show in Japan. The timing prevents direct competition on television.
  • November 22nd: AEW will present Full Gear. WWE has nothing scheduled for that day, as Survivor Series will take place the following weekend.
  • December 27th: AEW will close the year with World's End. WWE, on the other hand, will hold two Christmas house shows in Tampa and Pittsburgh, without TV broadcast.

However, past events suggest caution. WWE has a long history of changing dates, venues, or adjusting schedules on the fly, especially when competition heats up. Nothing prevents a last-minute announcement from completely altering the landscape.

This report contradicts the information leaked by Bryan Alvarez on Wrestling Observer Radio a couple of days ago, where he stated that WWE would intensify its schedule against All Elite Wrestling.
