The last WWE Raw before Wrestlepalooza began with an emotional message from John Cena to his home state fans. The 17-time World Champion also took the opportunity to send a final warning to his rival, Brock Lesnar, making it clear that he is more than ready for the challenge.

During his promo, John Cena recalled his past in the city of Springfield. The 17-time World Champion revealed that his experience playing football at the local university was key in teaching him to withstand blows, a lesson that prepared him for the tough career in WWE.

Next, Cena addressed his rival, Brock Lesnar, and admitted that the easiest option would have been to reject the challenge. However, he assured that wouldn't be the decision of a true champion. For him, the only way to show what a true champion is is by accepting the challenge head-on, no matter how difficult it may be.

Finally, Cena showed confidence and admitted to being afraid of "The Beast Incarnate," but promised not to back down. The self-proclaimed "last True Champion of WWE" ensured that he will face Brock Lesnar at Wrestlepalooza no matter how many suplexes he receives, as he has already been in "Suplex City" and is still standing.
