Penta is brutally attacked by The New Day on WWE Raw

In the last few weeks, Penta has been immersed in an intense rivalry with The New Day. After falling in several individual matches, the luck of the Mexican changed on WWE Raw by achieving a resounding victory over Kofi Kingston. However, his happiness did not last long, as he fell victim to a brutal surprise attack backstage.

The match started with a tense back-and-forth, where Kofi Kingston tried to use his speed to keep Penta at bay. The masked wrestler responded with a high-flying move outside the ring, showing his aggressiveness, but Kofi managed to regain the advantage, throwing his opponent against the barricade and the canvas. Despite the punishment, Penta recovered and, with the help of his powerful kicks, was close to securing the victory.

As the action returned to the ring, Penta prepared to execute his Mexican Destroyer. However, Xavier Woods and Grayson Waller attempted to intervene. The masked wrestler managed to neutralize the threat, but the distraction cost him momentum. Nevertheless, Penta reacted quickly to surprise Kofi with a Mexican Destroyer, achieving the long-awaited victory.

Penta's joy was short-lived, as his victory was overshadowed by a brutal backstage attack. While Byron Saxton was interviewing Dominik Mysterio, the sound of metal chairs interrupted the broadcast. The camera revealed a furious Xavier Woods attacking Penta. Security officials managed to stop Xavier, while the War Raiders came to assist the battered Mexican wrestler.
