The Undisputed Champion of WWE, Cody Rhodes, will be one of the main stars of Wrestlepalooza. The American Nightmare talked about the show in general, but also focused on the match between John Cena and Brock Lesnar, which will take place this weekend in Indianapolis.

During his appearance on ESPN's Get Up program, Rhodes praised both Cena and Lesnar for their careers and unique abilities. However, he stated that John Cena has the advantage in this latest battle between two legends.

It's a very special match when it comes to Brock Lesnar, former UFC heavyweight champion and NCAA winner, which is the toughest tournament in folk-style wrestling. But then there's John Cena. And John Cena is the kind of wrestler who, when the lights come on, can do things that no one else can do. So I give the advantage to John Cena, even though these guys won't be here forever. It's a special moment in time. I'm excited to see it myself.

In addition to commenting on the clash between Cena and Lesnar, Rhodes also referred to his own title defense at the premium event, where he will put the Undisputed Championship on the line against Drew McIntyre. The champion sent a message to the 'Scottish Warrior', reminding him that his attitude does not fit with what a WWE monarch represents.

"The thing about Drew is that he always acts like a victim on social media. He complains a lot. None of that works if you're a WWE champion. And I don't know if Drew remembers, but he was a champion before, a Royal Rumble winner. My message is simple: give me your best shot, and I will get back up."

This weekend, WWE will hold Wrestlepalooza at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana, a venue that can accommodate nearly 13,000 people. The event can be watched live on ESPN in the United States and internationally on Netflix.
