WWE NXT wrestler Lexis King shared devastating news this Thursday by confirming on his social media the passing of his brother, Jesse Morgan. The message, posted on his X account, was filled with emotion and personal memories.
"I lost my brother today. He was an amazing guy, very intelligent, witty, and charismatic who grew up in the 90s. He loved video games, Warhammer, R.A. Salvatore, and many other cool things," wrote King. He also recalled that they had recently played StarCraft 2 together and that Jesse was enrolled at the University of Cincinnati.
Lexis King closed his message with heartfelt words: "These are words to live by... The battle with your demons is over, brother. Rest in peace, Jesse Morgan."
Morgan, a war veteran who served in Afghanistan, struggled with the aftermath of surviving traumatic experiences during his service. Despite everything, he always showed pride for his country. In his last Facebook post, he quoted Franklin D. Roosevelt: "Human kindness has never weakened the stamina or softened the fiber of a free people. A nation does not have to be cruel to be tough."
Lexis King has recently concluded a rivalry with Myles Borne, with whom he had a series of matches on television and unrecorded events. His last match, with a Lights Out stipulation, took place on September 23, 2025.
From Solowrestling, we send our condolences to Lexis King, his family, and closest acquaintances.
