Paradigm Talent Agency, the well-known talent agency, continues to add names from WWE to its client roster. However, this time it's not about established superstars from the main roster, but two talents from the developmental territory: Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill, who join stars like CM Punk, Liv Morgan, Alexa Bliss, Jade Cargill, and Tiffany Stratton, among many others.
"Paradigm Talent Agency announced today the addition of Kelani Jordan and Shiloh Hill, two of the most prominent prospects from the Performance Center and WWE's developmental system. This move reinforces Paradigm's comprehensive focus on representing wrestling talents and its commitment to WWE's Performance Center and the Next In Line (NIL) program as key platforms for shaping the next generation of stars with potential beyond the ring," the agency wrote in a press release.
"Jordan and Hill join Blake Monroe (signed during her time in AEW) as the first talents from WWE's developmental system currently represented by Paradigm. Each client receives full representation: advice and contract negotiation with WWE, long-term brand development, opportunities in acting and audiovisual media through Paradigm's Film and Television division, as well as intellectual property (IP) development and book-to-screen adaptations."
This comprehensive approach is the same one Paradigm applies to a strategic selection of between 12 and 15 superstars from WWE's main roster, including CM Punk, Drew McIntyre, and Liv Morgan.
"Kelani and Shiloh represent exactly why we invest early in the Performance Center pipeline," noted Andrew Ruf, managing partner at Paradigm.
"They are elite athletes, but also modern storytellers, with charisma, creativity, and an instinct to connect with the audience. Our job is to offer them the same high-level infrastructure in Hollywood that we already provide to our top WWE talents," added Nick LoPiccolo, head of Paradigm's sports division.
"Former gymnastics star at Michigan State University, Lea Mitchell was one of the most decorated athletes at her university, where she served as team captain on multiple occasions and received both athletic and academic accolades in the Big Ten before transitioning to professional wrestling. Since her debut in NXT, she has combined high-flying offense with a strong on-camera presence, quickly becoming a central figure in the women's division.
In 2024, she made history by becoming the first NXT North American Champion, a milestone within WWE considered a strategic bet on her future in the main roster. In 2025, she further bolstered her momentum by surprising the industry capturing the TNA Knockouts World Championship during the Victory Road event, and led Team TNA on national television in the NXT Showdown special aired on The CW.
Her ability to excel in both WWE and TNA storylines has made her one of the most talked-about emerging stars in wrestling, as well as a clear example of the growing flexibility and collaboration between promotions."
"Born as Thunder Justice Keck, Hill was a standout linebacker at Stanford in American football and excelled academically, holding degrees in computer science, psychology, and sustainability. After competing at the highest collegiate level, he was introduced to WWE's developmental system, where he won the second season of WWE LFG: Legends & Future Greats, with The Undertaker as his mentor.
Hill has also built a powerful digital storytelling platform, using horror formats and transmedia content to connect with Generation Z and young millennial audiences. His content series blends dark web research, found footage-style mystery, and direct fan interaction to build a unique narrative universe. In the last month alone, his content has amassed over 300 million views, nearly 10 million interactions, and more than 750 thousand new followers, positioning him as one of the most innovative athlete-creators in wrestling, with great potential both inside and outside the ring."
"Paradigm's wrestling roster has become a case study in crossover strategies between sports and Hollywood: Drew McIntyre will star in the Highlander reboot produced by Amazon MGM/UA. Natalya Neidhart will release her memoir The Last Hart Beating this fall. CM Punk leads the action film Night Patrol. Liv Morgan stars in Bad Lieutenant: Tokyo. Tiffany Stratton, signed by Paradigm just three weeks after her debut on the main roster in 2024, has held the WWE Women's Championship for over 270 days in 2025.
Paradigm's sports division, launched in 2024 after negotiating the Jake Paul vs. Mike Tyson event for Netflix, now represents a wide range of elite athletes and iconic combat sports teams, American football, and global entertainment.
Paradigm also represents global icons like Mike Tyson, Amanda Serrano, Zhang Weili, Aaron Donald, Reggie Bush, Ray Lewis, Sean Avery, and the Savannah Bananas, combining sports credibility with expertise in film, television, publications, and brands."
