This afternoon, WWE held a new edition of Monday Night Raw, this time from the RAC Arena in Perth, Australia. The company offered several moments and matches of interest, highlighting the main event, a triple threat to determine the new challenger for the World Heavyweight Championship currently held by Seth Rollins.

The match was confirmed before the show, through a social media message from Adam Pearce. Jey Uso had already appeared twice before the match, in a backstage segment and also to save his brother, Jimmy Uso.

All three received a great ovation from the audience, but CM Punk stole the show by entering last. There was never a clear dominator in the match and the three evenly distributed their roles. The intensity never waned and all three relentlessly sought victory and the opportunity it offered.

In the final moments, the pace of the three accelerated, with LA Knight hitting the BFT on CM Punk and Jey Uso breaking the pin just in time. Uso threw LA Knight onto the commentator's table and tried to take advantage of Punk's moment of weakness to hit him with the Uso Splash, but CM Punk moved out of the way in time. Punk sealed the deal, hitting the GTS on Jey Uso to secure the victory by a count of three.

With CM Punk celebrating, Seth Rollins and his henchmen made their appearance. Bron Breakker delivered a Spear to Jey Uso and LA Knight at ringside. CM Punk tried to stop them in the ring, without success: Bron Breakker also hit him with the Spear. Bron Breakker climbed the corner and hit the Tsunami. Seth Rollins took the opportunity to remind a knocked out CM Punk that he will never be able to take the title from him.

Bronson Reed and Bron Breakker betray Seth Rollins

The surprise of the night came in the credits, when Bron Breakker unexpectedly executed the Spear against Seth Rollins. The crowd went wild and Paul Heyman couldn't believe what had happened. Breakker approached Reed and after an intense look, he also decided to attack Rollins with the Tsunami. Raw ended with Reed and Breakker, the latter posing with the belt, and Paul Heyman looking bewildered.

In recent weeks, Seth Rollins had shown signs of weakness following his defeat to AJ Lee and CM Punk at Wrestlepalooza. He was playing for his prestige at Crown Jewel, but ultimately defeated Cody Rhodes and it seemed like things were back on track. However, it appears that Bron Breakker and Bronson Reed have realized they have a future without the champion's leadership.

As we previously reported several weeks ago, WWE was building towards a match between Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker for WrestleMania 42. Many thought it was a baseless and premature rumor, but the company may have kickstarted that idea with what happened on Raw.
