After the brutal betrayal suffered by Seth Rollins last week, tonight's WWE Raw show began with Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, and Paul Heyman explaining the reasons for turning their backs on their leader. Next, Adam Pearce took the floor to confirm that the World Heavyweight Championship was officially vacant, due to Rollins being sidelined for several months due to his injury.

Adam Pearce started the show ready to make the announcement, but he was interrupted by the arrival of Bron Breakker, accompanied by Bronson Reed and Paul Heyman, carrying the World Heavyweight Championship. Pearce confessed that Seth Rollins was already injured after his match at WWE Crown Jewel, but Breakker and Reed's attack forced him to undergo surgery, confirming that Rollins will miss action for several months. As a result, Pearce announced that the Championship was officially vacant.

Pearce revealed that the new champion would be crowned at Saturday Night's Main Event. CM Punk already has his opportunity secured, and his opponent will be the winner of a battle royal to be held later tonight on Raw. When Pearce ordered the title to be handed over, Breakker confronted him, demanding respect in a tense moment, and after Pearce's insistence, Bron handed the belt to Paul Heyman, who ultimately returned it to the General Manager before leaving.

Later, Heyman took the microphone to justify the betrayal of Rollins, stating that the faction "The Vision" had nothing to do with Rollins and that their alliance is because they believe Breakker and Reed are the true future of the business. Heyman recalled that winners write history and claimed that they always had the "vision" to do what was necessary and steer their future towards the main event of WrestleMania, ending with a welcome to Monday Night Raw.
