WWE has officially announced the return of NXT Gold Rush, which will come back as a special two-week event on November 18 and 25, 2025. The event will take place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden, also known as the Hulu Theater, in New York City, and promises to become one of the most ambitious shows in the history of the developmental brand.

The announcement was made during Halloween Havoc and confirms that NXT Gold Rush will feature the participation of multiple international promotions. Titles from WWE NXT, TNA Wrestling, AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide, and WWE EVOLVE will be defended at the event, in an unprecedented collaboration between wrestling companies.

Specific matches have not been confirmed yet, although it is expected that the first details will be revealed in the upcoming episode of NXT. The choice of Madison Square Garden, one of the most iconic venues in sports entertainment, adds an extra touch of prestige to the Gold Rush brand, which returns after previous highly successful editions.

The multi-company approach has generated huge anticipation among fans, who are already speculating about which championships will be at stake and what matchups could occur between talents from different promotions.

It is worth noting that WWE will hold a very special Monday Night Raw event at Madison Square Garden on November 17. It will be the last time John Cena appears at the venue. Additionally, there has been speculation about the possible return of AJ Lee to the screen.
