WWE has started to reveal the first official details of NXT Gold Rush 2025, the special two-week event that will take place on November 18 and 25 at The Theater at Madison Square Garden (New York). The first confirmed match will be the defense of the NXT Women's North American Championship by Blake Monroe, who will put her title on the line during the first night, on Tuesday the 18th.

With this announcement, Monroe becomes the first officially confirmed champion for the event, which will include title defenses from WWE NXT, TNA Wrestling, AAA Lucha Libre Worldwide, and WWE EVOLVE. This proposal reinforces the multi-company nature of Gold Rush, which aims to bring together several promotions under one stage in an unprecedented format.

The Madison Square Garden, one of the most iconic venues in wrestling history, will serve as the venue for this spectacle, which is already shaping up to be one of the most ambitious events in NXT history. WWE's commitment to combining talents from different promotions reflects a new stage of collaboration and global expansion within its alliance strategy.

For now, the names of Monroe's rivals and the other participating champions have not been revealed, although new title defenses and interpromotional matches are expected to be announced in the coming weeks. The event will also serve as a preview for the special Monday Night Raw on November 17, also at Madison Square Garden, where John Cena's last appearance at the venue has been confirmed and a possible return of AJ Lee is rumored.
