Tatum stops before hitting her partner, but that moment of distraction is enough for Jayne to surprise Izzi with a Rolling Encore. 1..2..3.

The Americans arrive at the men's NXT locker room. El Grande Americano introduces his partners Bravo and Rayo to the brand's dressing rooms. "But look, is this my damn locker? No way, where's my private locker?" asks El Grande Americano. He approaches Josh Briggs' locker, taking the former NXT Tag Team Champion's bag "What is this garbage?" he asks. Lexis King and Tyriek Igwe advise him not to do that. Briggs appears on the scene to order the masked man to put the bag back where it was. "Put your hands on that and I'll put mine on you," Josh threatens. El Grande Americano wonders who the hell Josh is. He points out that he doesn't care how important the masked man is in AAA or that he holds the WWE Speed Championship because he specializes in taking down fan favorites. "You may be able to beat a rookie like Jasper Troy, but how long do you think you could survive against me?" Briggs asks. "Fine. I'll show the NXT Universe who I am. El Grande Americano. My boys. This dude is mine tonight, I promise," says the masked man to his partners before ordering Josh to leave the place.
Lei Ying Lee sends a message to Kelani Jordan through social media. The TNA talent is furious with Jordan, who last week embarrassed herself and the Knockouts World Championship. After deceiving everyone by pretending to be a good girl, she didn't hesitate to use the championship belt as a weapon to win her match and retain the gold against Jordynne Grace. With that said, Lee assures her that she won't let her shame spread to the Knockouts division, promising that she will be the one to take the title from her.
Tyra Mae Steele, Wren Sinclair, Karmen Petrovic, and Kendal Grey converse backstage. Wren congratulates Grey on her victory over Lash last week, pointing out that it has inspired her to face her match tonight. Additionally, that victory makes Kendal an official member of No Quarter Catch Crew. Kendal is convinced that Sinclair will win the Women's WWE Speed Championship. Thus, both will be champions and ready for anything. Kelani Jordan interrupts them. Jordan recalls that she was also like that when she won her first championship. "But you'll learn. You all will. In fact, you should listen to what I have to say. Look for a monitor," says Jordan before leaving.
Kelani Jordan makes her entrance in the ring. Jordan poses with the Knockouts World Championship before asking for a microphone. Kelani recalls her match last week, pointing out that she did everything necessary to retain her title. The fans boo her. Jordan orders them to be quiet. Kelani asks them why they cheer for Dominik Mysterio even though he used tricks to win the AAA Megachampionship, or why they keep chanting Cody Rhodes' name when he used his own WWE Championship as a weapon to retain it at Saturday Night's Main Event, while they boo her.
Jordan recalls that she won the Knockouts World Championship in her first match in TNA. From that moment on, she promised herself that she wouldn't act like Trick Williams. The championship has a great legacy and prestige, and as such, she had to defend it with honor. And what did she achieve with that? Being booed, hated, and declared a "traitor" by people she considered friends. However, Lola Vice competes regularly in AAA and everyone still loves her. Why is she different? The truth is that Jordan was kicked out of the NXT locker room by some teammates who haven't achieved even half of what she has in NXT.
Kelani assures that she has been the standout talent of NXT from the moment she participated in her tryout. No one is at her level. Everyone in the locker room knows it, as do the fans. Jordan claims to be the best athlete to ever step foot in an NXT ring. Kelani makes it clear that she won't give away opportunities like Tatum Paxley, nor will she defend the championship like Blake Monroe in New York. No, she will stay at home because no one is at her level and, therefore, no one deserves to compete for her championship. Jordan finishes with a direct message to Lei Ying Lee. "Call me a traitor. Call me disloyal. Call me whatever the hell you want. But I know you'll call me one thing: champion," says Jordan before dropping the mic on the canvas. Kelani leaves the ring to end her promo.
Sarah Schreiber interviews OTM backstage. Schreiber asks Bronco Nima and Lucien Price why they interrupted the tag team triple threat two weeks ago. Nima and Price respond that their goal is the NXT Tag Team Championships, and they will crush everyone in the division to achieve it. Nima points out that what happened two weeks ago is just a preview of what the rest of the teams will face, as they don't possess the rage they have inside. Kale Dixon and Uriah Connors interrupt the interview to make it clear that they haven't forgotten what OTM did to them. Dixon proposes to settle their differences. Connors adds that they won't let OTM trample Chase U to achieve their goals. Nima and Price threaten to deal with them, but Andre Chase appears to calm the situation. Chase promises OTM that he will take care of his students. Price and Nima leave. "Facing OTM? Do you think that's a good idea? Have you heard a single word of what I said?", asks a disappointed Andre before leaving.

El Grande Americano continues his offensive with several flying headbutts, followed by a series of chops to culminate with a spinning neckbreaker. Briggs ends up at ringside, where he receives the impact of a suicide dive. El Grande Americano celebrates with Rayo and Bravo, a moment that Josh takes advantage of to surprise him with his own cape. Briggs throws El Grande Americano against the ropes, executing a clothesline when the masked man bounces off them.
Josh brings his opponent back into the ring. At that moment, Tavion Heights enters the scene, ready to confront Briggs. The referee prevents it. Bravo and Rayo take advantage of the situation to execute a double backstabber on Josh, taking him back into the ring. Once there, El Grande Americano finishes him off with a submission hold.
Winner: El Grande Americano
Kelani Jordan returns backstage, where she meets Kendal Grey and Wren Sinclair. Jordan asks them if they saw her promo. Wren tries to respond, but Grey interrupts her, pointing out that they have a match to attend to. Kendal and Sinclair leave. Ava approaches Jordan to ask her to meet her in her office. However, Kelani prefers to address any issues here and now. Ava would have preferred to handle this matter in private, but it will be this way. The NXT General Manager has heard her promo tonight, and she must say that Jordan cannot decide on her own not to defend the Knockouts World Championship. "It's not your decision either because the last time I checked, you were the General Manager of NXT, not TNA," Jordan replies. Several NXT talents, with Tyra Mae Steele at the forefront, reprimand Jordan for her lack of respect for the brand. Steele recalls that she joined NXT as an athlete, just like Kelani. In fact, she considered her as an example. Jordan insists that she is the best on the roster and, in her presence, even an Olympic medalist comes in second. Ava interrupts the conversation to agree with Kelani on one point. She may not be the TNA General Manager, but she is the NXT General Manager. And as such, she can suggest that Kelani prove her words with actions in a one-on-one match with Steele later tonight. "We'll see who comes in second," says Steele. "Great," Jordan replies before leaving.
Ricky Saints heads towards the interview location for tonight. Myles Borne approaches the NXT Champion to ask him to leave a piece of Trick Williams once he's done with him in the Last Man Standing Match they'll have next week. Saints promises him that it will be so. Both men fist bump. Ricky continues on his way.
Ricky Saints and Trick Williams are interviewed on a split screen. Trick claims that the NXT Championship is too big for Saints. He reminds him that it was he who lost his cool when he couldn't snatch the title at Halloween Havoc. Williams insists that Ricky can't handle the weight of NXT. Saints points out that Trick is halfway in and out of the brand. A brand he doesn't care about. Meanwhile, he is ready to elevate NXT to heights Trick couldn't take it. Williams makes it clear that Ricky won't be as big as him, and he'll prove it on Tuesday when he beats him. Tired, Ricky indicates that they don't have to wait until next week. Both men stand up to confront each other. When they finally meet, a scuffle ensues. The venue's security has to intervene. Trick hits the champion's stomach with an iron pipe. Saints collapses on the floor. Williams threatens the security members with the pipe, preventing them from approaching. Trick picks up the championship from the floor and crouches next to his victim. "You want to see this part of me, Ricky? You'll see it next week when I regain my championship," says Williams before leaving. Security approaches Ricky while requesting medical assistance.

Steele executes a body drop, followed by a variation of the Rear View. Jordan recovers to take down her rival near one of the corners before finishing her off with a split-legged moonsault. 1..2..3.
Winner: Kelani Jordan
Santino Marella appears on the arena screen to address Jordan. Marella has heard her promo tonight and her intention not to defend the Knockouts World Championship. Santino notes that Kelani is right. Ava is not the General Manager of TNA — but he is. He’s the brand’s “Director of Authority,” and as such, he informs her that she will defend the title in New York. Only this time, there will be no cheating, because Kelani will put the gold on the line in a Triple Threat Match against Jordynne Grace and Lei Ying Lee. Jordan doesn’t look happy with the announcement.
Ava talks with ZaRuca in her office. Sol Ruca informs the General Manager that her recovery is going great — so much so that she’d like to compete at NXT Gold Rush for the North American Women’s Championship. Ava is aware of her medical progress. In fact, the doctor told her that Sol needs one more month to fully recover. Sol assures her she’ll be ready for NXT Gold Rush. Ava would love to give her what she wants, but won’t do it unless she’s medically cleared. Zaria supports her partner, pointing out that Gold Rush could be perfect for both of them: Sol regains her North American Championship, and she captures the WWE Women’s Speed Championship.
The full Fatal Influence faction interrupts. Jacy Jayne reminds Ava that she defeated Tatum Paxley tonight, so she expects the General Manager to grant her a rematch for the NXT Championship at Gold Rush before Paxley has another one of her “wonderful” ideas. Fallon Henley believes it could be the perfect event — with Jacy reclaiming the NXT Championship and herself winning the WWE Women’s Speed Title. Zaria makes it clear to Henley that that title will be hers, as she promised Sol she’d get it back for them. Ava interrupts the discussion, asking everyone to leave her office, as she needs to speak with the General Managers of Raw and SmackDown to determine which NXT talents will take part in the tournament to find John Cena’s final opponent. The five women obey the General Manager.

Blake Monroe talks with Ava in the General Manager’s office. Blake reiterates her intention to have her first title defense in a glamorous setting — and she can’t think of a better place than New York. Ava informs the Brit that her opponent will be Sol Ruca, who’s close to being medically cleared. Monroe doesn’t believe Ruca stands a chance — not with that injured knee. Ava admits she’s worried about Ruca, but says Sol isn’t just confident — she might also be cleared in time. And if she is, she’ll get her title shot for a championship she never lost. “I’m very aware of that. I just hope she knows what she’s doing,” says Monroe. Suddenly, “The Glamour” receives a phone call. Ava tries to snoop, but the Brit doesn’t let her. Monroe leaves, noting that her “better half” wants an exclusive interview with her next week. “Better half?” wonders Ava.
We see The Culling backstage. Tatum Paxley apologizes to Izzi Dame for her mistake tonight, which cost them the victory. Dame forgives her but asks her to be more careful with her reign. She can’t hand out title opportunities or make decisions based on emotions — not after how hard she fought to win the top championship. Tatum promises her teammates she’ll be more careful from now on. But first, she has to do something. Paxley walks away, leaving her partners behind, who have no idea what the champion is planning. That’s how this segment ends.
Chelsea Green, Ethan Page, and Alba Fyre make their entrance. We see a large cake with the Canadian flag in the center of the ring. “All Ego” welcomes us to this celebration before introducing himself and his partner Chelsea as two of the greatest Canadians in history. He knows they’re not particularly loved, but here they are, as promised — the new AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. Green agrees with her partner. Everyone’s jealous of them — understandably so. Because what team could possibly rival them? None. Ethan makes it clear they’ll defend their titles against anyone, anywhere. Chelsea reminds Page that tonight is for celebrating — and she’s glad no one can ruin the moment. Not even Joe He— Ethan interrupts her, warning that saying the Scotsman’s name will make him appear. Green knows that, but she’d still like him to be here for… Page cuts her off again, insisting that the Scotsman will ruin the moment the second she says his name. Ethan points at the cake, telling his partner that he’ll be inside it. The Canadians decide to set a trap. Ethan and Chelsea each grab a candle from the cake and stand on either side of it, ready to hit Joe the moment he pops out. “Joe Hendry!” shouts Alba.
Say his name and he’s appear. I believe in Joe Hendry! Clap Clap
Hendry appears on the entrance ramp, surprising the AAA Mixed Tag Team Champions. Joe thinks Ethan and Chelsea didn’t understand his advice from last week. In fact, they got so caught up in their own egos that they forgot what true talent means. Page interrupts the Scotsman, claiming Joe wants something — a shot at the NXT North American Championship at Gold Rush. However, he hasn’t earned it. “Ethan, you’re right. I do want a title shot. I want a shot at the AAA Mixed Tag Team Championships,” replies Joe. Green laughs. Chelsea reminds the Scotsman that he’d need a partner for that. Hendry answers that he’s got one. Chelsea wants to know who it is. Joe would’ve preferred to keep it a secret until Gold Rush, but if everyone wants to know right here and now, they just have to say her name and she’ll appear.
Say her name and she’s appear! I believe in Thea! I believe in Thea!
Thea Hail bursts out of the cake! Armed with two pies, Hail smashes them into Chelsea and Alba’s faces. Then she launches herself at both with a double crossbody. Joe enters the ring to deal with Page. Thea hands a pie to the Scotsman, who doesn’t hesitate to throw it right at the Canadian’s face. A furious Page, Alba, and Chelsea yell at Joe and Thea for what they’ve just done while the latter two celebrate with the fans. That’s how tonight’s show ends.
