MJF seems to be closer than ever to his return to All Elite Wrestling. As reported early this morning by Fightful Select, the former world champion has been finalizing the details of the filming of Violent Night 2, a project he has been working on for several weeks, and his return to television programming is expected "sooner rather than later".

Sources consulted indicate that the film production is already in its final stages, opening the door for MJF to reappear on television in the coming weeks. There is no specific date, but the company has reportedly started including him in their creative plans for December, although it is still unclear whether it will be a full-time return or something more gradual.

MJF has greatly enjoyed the experience in Hollywood. He has found a new professional facet that he wants to continue exploring, without neglecting wrestling.

“The Devil” is not only part of the cast of Violent Night 2, but also of Happy Gilmore 2 and the biopic The Iron Claw, establishing a profile that is increasingly present in the film industry. His intention, as it is commented, is to combine both worlds without abandoning AEW, where he continues to be one of the key pieces of the roster.

In addition, MJF is announced for WrestleCade in two weeks, reaffirming that his schedule is starting to clear up after the filming period. It will be his first public appearance since he stepped away to focus on his film commitments.
