John Cena has shared a new update on his hair restoration process, just as his career in WWE enters its final weeks. The 17-time world champion posted on social media that he returned to the Anderson Center for Hair in Atlanta for maintenance, approximately a year after undergoing his first procedure with Dr. Ken Anderson.
Cena himself celebrated the results achieved so far and the importance of continuing to care for the work done, highlighting the transformation he has undergone since the intervention. Dr. Anderson, considered one of the world's top specialists in hair transplantation, responded to the message praising the wrestler's dedication and the final result of their collaboration.
Your dedication to maintenance is exactly why you look the way you do. Proud of the work we did together and how you take care of it.
Cena publicly spoke about his transplant for the first time in August 2025, explaining that some fans holding "The Bald John Cena" signs pushed him to explore the option. He finally underwent an FUE procedure in November 2024, and has since followed a strict maintenance regimen that includes red light therapy, minoxidil, vitamins, and specialized hair products.
This new update comes at a crucial moment in his career. John Cena is scheduled for his final match on December 13 at Saturday Night's Main Event in Washington D.C., while the "The Last Time Is Now" tournament continues to progress to determine who his final opponent will be. Last Monday, on Monday Night Raw, Solo Sikoa and Gunther qualified for the semifinals.
