All Elite Wrestling has made a strong move by securing one of the most sought-after female wrestlers in the independent circuit: Lena Kross. According to a recent report from Fightful Select, several internal sources from AEW consider it a done deal that the Australian has already signed, or is just hours away from doing so, with the Jacksonville-based company.

Interest in Kross has been growing for months. At the beginning of the year, TNA Wrestling had plans to add her to their roster, but the wrestler showed up in AEW almost immediately after, which already hinted that the deal was on its way. Fightful also points out that Kross is currently in the process of moving to Florida, a common step for talents who are integrating themselves permanently into AEW.

We were told that she has either already signed a contract with AEW, or will do so very soon.

The 30-year-old wrestler made a brief televised appearance on the July 31st episode of Collision, where she fell to Kris Statlander. She also took part in a dark match during the ROH TV tapings in September against Lacey Lane. All of this was part of an evaluation process before finalizing her signing, according to the report.

Kross has had a hectic schedule throughout 2025, competing in independent companies such as DPW, JCW, Limitless, and other American promotions, as well as undertaking several tours in Japan with Sendai Girls since 2022.

So far, AEW has not made any official announcement, but all signs point to Lena Kross being one of the next additions to their women's division.
