Honor Club aired episode 144 of ROH TV on December 4th. The matches tonight were filmed during the last rounds of tapings that All Elite Wrestling carried out in recent weeks. Notable was the debut of Mercedes Moné in the promotion and Billie Starkz's victory over Yuka Sakazaki in the semifinals of the ROH Pure Women's Championship tournament in the main event of the night.
- Komander defeated The Beast Mortos by disqualification after being attacked by Sammy Guevara.
- Guevara unmasked Komander, prompting Bandido to come to the rescue. The ROH World Champion quickly expelled Mortos and Guevara from the ring. At that moment, Don Callis appeared on the entrance ramp to introduce Hechicero as one of the participants in the Survival of the Finest Match to take place at ROH Final Battle. Hechicero then joined forces with Mortos to attack Bandido. With the champion out of commission, both men fought for the world title. Guevara approached them to restore order, but once he had the belt in his possession, he decided to pose with it. The masked men's reaction was immediate, leading "The Spanish God" to leave the gold on the canvas.
- The Premier Athletes (Tony Nese, Ariya Daivari, and Stori Denali) (with Mark Sterling) defeated Philly Collins, Marino Tanaglia, and Zoey Lynn in a mixed trios match. Denali executed a chokeslam on Lynn for the victory.
- Sidney Akeem defeated Rosario Grillo after hitting a handspring Cutter.
- Dalton Castle and The Outrunners (Truth Magnum and Turbo Floyd) defeated Jake Omen, Austin Adonis, and Josh Crane in a trios match. Castle hit a bangarang on Omen for the win.
- Ricochet appeared after the match, followed by Gates of Agony, who took out Magnum and Floyd at ringside. They then entered the ring to attack Castle, who ended up knocked out by Ricochet and his AEW National Championship.
- Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta and Daniel Garcia) defeated Damian and Damon Reel in a tag team match. Garcia applied a Sharpshooter on Damian for the win.
- In a backstage segment, Queen Aminata informed Deonna Purrazzo that she has not been cleared to compete, so her semifinal match in the ROH Pure Women's Championship tournament will not take place. Aminata assured her that she was looking forward to facing her, but she shouldn't risk aggravating her neck injury. "I have forfeited and Tony Khan has guaranteed your spot in this tournament. I wish you the best of luck," said Aminata. Purrazzo thanked her but regretted not being able to reach the final by defeating her in a match. "I don't care if it's Billie (Starkz) or Yuka (Sakazaki). I will fight to become the first Pure ROH Women's Champion. And when you are cleared, if I am the champion, I will be waiting for you," said Deonna. She then addressed Starkz and Sakazaki directly, promising them that the title will be hers.
- Mercedes Mone defeated Lovely Miss Larkin by submission in a brief match.
- Billie Starkz defeated Yuka Sakazaki to advance to the final of the ROH Pure Women's Championship tournament. Starkz managed to pin Sakazaki with the help of the ropes after nearly an hour of competition.
