The final stretch towards WrestleMania 42 could add an unexpected protagonist. Seth Rollins, one of the pillars of the last decade, is pushing to be part of the biggest event of the year, although his medical situation keeps the balance in check.

According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there is a real possibility that "The Visionary" will get the green light from doctors, although it is not a guarantee at this time.

Rollins has been dealing with physical issues for months, a circumstance that has affected his schedule after the high-profile Money in the Bank cash-in on CM Punk at SummerSlam and his match against Cody Rhodes at Crown Jewel. Still, the former world champion wants to be on the card no matter what, and he has conveyed that intention to WWE.

Rollins wants to be at WrestleMania, but his participation will strictly depend on his medical progress.

If he gets cleared, the option that has gained the most traction internally is a match against Bron Breakker. The report indicates that WWE is considering various scenarios, but Rollins vs. Breakker would be one of the most logical paths: the young powerhouse is on a roll after the WarGames season, having pinned Punk and becoming one of the "dark horse favorites" to win the 2026 Royal Rumble.

Additionally, Breakker will face CM Punk on the first Raw of the new year, a clash that could completely reshape plans for WrestleMania as the World Heavyweight Championship will be on the line. Meanwhile, WWE maintains a cautious stance: they want Rollins available, but they won't risk his well-being. With just weeks left before the official start of the road to WrestleMania, the big question remains whether "The Visionary" will be able to add another epic entry to the grandest stage of all.
