Alex Abrahantes has broken his silence after it was confirmed that his contract with AEW was not renewed. Through social media, the veteran manager and commentator publicly bid farewell to the company and expressed gratitude for the opportunity he had over the past six years.

Abrahantes emphasized how important it was for him to fulfill a professional dream within the company, showing direct gratitude to both AEW and Tony Khan for the trust placed in his work since 2019.

For over six years, I have been able to live my dream. I am very grateful to AEW and Tony for giving me the opportunity, and I didn't want to leave without saying thank you.

In addition to reflecting on the past, Abrahantes took the opportunity to send a message to those who aspire to achieve their own goals, encouraging them not to be hindered by external criticism and to maintain faith in themselves even in difficult times.

His time at AEW began as a Spanish commentator and expanded in 2021 when he transitioned to an on-screen role as a manager. He first accompanied the Lucha Brothers and, after his departure from the company, continued working with Komander and various talents from CMLL. With this message, Abrahantes closes an important chapter of his career, making it clear that, despite the farewell, every step of the journey was worth it.
