Elton Prince has revealed that he has successfully undergone cervical fusion surgery after several months away from the wrestling ring. The WWE wrestler has not competed since May 2025, when he suffered a severe neck injury during a match.

It has been reported this week that Prince was dealing with a significant cervical injury. The wrestler himself confirmed on social media that on Thursday he underwent a two-level fusion in his neck, putting an end to a long process of medical tests and pain.

In May, I had a bad fall in the ring, hit my head on the canvas, and felt like an electric shock running through my neck and arms... Yesterday, I successfully underwent a two-level cervical fusion. It's not exactly what I expected at 28 years old, but I am grateful to be on the road to recovery.

Prince explained that his priority now is to fully recover, resume basic daily tasks, and focus on his family, especially his role as a father. He also expressed gratitude for the support received during these months and the work of the medical team that has been following his case.

While Prince continues his rehabilitation, his teammate, Kit Wilson, has been competing solo in WWE. Wilson even debuted new entrance music recently, although he was defeated by Matt Cardona on SmackDown.

Currently, there is no estimated date for Elton Prince's return to the ring, as his focus is solely on recovery and coming back stronger when his body allows it.
