The Righteous, one of the most striking and in-form teams in the current scene, have officially signed with TNA Wrestling. The news was announced this morning during an interview with the team by Denise Salcedo, confirming their full-time arrival to the company.

The duo made an immediate impact in their first appearance in TNA last December, during TNA Final Resolution, when they unexpectedly burst onto the scene to confront Jeff and Matt Hardy. That appearance marked the beginning of a series of unsettling mind games aimed directly at the then world tag team champions.

Far from being just an introduction, The Righteous have been placed directly in a prominent position within the tag team division. Tonight, the team will face The Hardys at TNA Genesis, with the TNA tag team titles on the line, in what is shaping up to be one of the standout matches of the event.

TNA Genesis will be held live from the Curtis Culwell Center in Dallas, Texas, and will mark the first major test for The Righteous as talent officially signed by the company. Tickets for the event are still available in limited quantities.

With this addition, TNA continues to strengthen its tag team division at a crucial moment following the debut of their weekly show on AMC last Thursday.
