Liv Morgan has already secured her ticket to WrestleMania 42, but she has not yet made the most important decision. The winner of the 2026 women's Royal Rumble will announce this Friday on SmackDown which champion she will challenge at the biggest event of the year.
Morgan had a particularly intense night on Monday Night Raw. First, she accompanied her partner, Dominik Mysterio, in the ring after his long-awaited return, and later made it clear that she does not intend to rush when choosing an opponent. According to her, she prefers to carefully analyze the landscape before committing to a specific match at WrestleMania.
For that reason, Morgan confirmed that she will be on SmackDown to observe the competition firsthand and evaluate her options. Her intention is to make an informed decision, rather than acting on impulse after her victory in the Royal Rumble.
The situation became tense when she was confronted by her Judgment Day partner, Raquel Rodríguez, who demanded explanations for being eliminated from the Royal Rumble. Morgan avoided the conflict by reminding her that they both had title opportunities, with Rodríguez about to compete in a crucial match against Stephanie Vaquer.
That confrontation ended with Vaquer prevailing in a Street Fight, but the story did not end there. After the match, Morgan appeared to attack the champion and close the segment standing tall, holding the title and sending a clear message. All this after Rodríguez had expressly asked her not to intervene.
