- Trey Miguel defeated Adam Brooks in the show's opener. Miguel secured the victory after executing a Lightning Spiral. This was Brooks' debut match in the company.

- Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo attacked Trey Miguel with the TNA International Championship after the match. An attack that displeased Arianna Grace, who had served as a guest commentator at the commentary table. Grace entered the ring to confront her fiancé for his actions. "Stacks", however, ignored her to pose over his victim.

- Gia Miller interviewed Angel Warriors (Léi Yǐng Lee and Xia Brookside) and Indi Hartwell backstage. Lee addressed Ash By Elegance in Chinese. Hartwell "translated" for the fans. "Ash, welcome back, but after tonight, you will regret it," she said. Brookside, on her part, assured that the three of them were on the same page, ready to defeat The Elegance Brand. Finally, Lee addressed Ash By Elegance directly. "Ash, I'm not coming for you. WE are coming for your neck", she said before leaving with her companions.

- The Righteous (Vincent and Dutch) defeated Tommy Two Scoops and TW3 in a tag team match. Vincent applied a Sliced Bread #2 on TW3 for the victory.

- After the match, Vincent took a microphone to address The Hardy Boys. Vincent made it clear that The Righteous' intention has never been to face them, but to walk alongside them. "Different paths, but the same feeling. Think about it", said Vincent to conclude the promo.

- Matt and Jeff Hardy reacted to The Righteous' promo. Matt reminded them that they had been given a title opportunity, and they lost. So, as far as they are concerned, it's time to turn the page. Jeff, on his part, understood that Vincent and Dutch want to create a faction with them. At that moment, The System (Brian Myers, Eddie Edwards, and Cedric Alexander) stormed the scene to inform The Hardys that they will snatch their TNA World Tag Team Championships. Suddenly, Bear Bronson attacked Jeff from behind, leaving him out of action. After that, Bronson joined his teammates to launch an assault on Matt, who was left lying on the ground.

- Frankie Kazarian shook hands with Daria Rae backstage before heading to the entrance ramp. With a microphone in hand, Kazarian recalled that Mike Santana is the new TNA World Champion, describing the Puerto Rican as a true warrior. However, he is not a "king" like him, and he will not be able to represent the company with the elegance that he can. Kazarian continued his promo by pointing out that in just one week he fought in two major title matches... and he did it with a surgically repaired hand. That inevitably conditioned the outcome of his matches against Santana. An injustice, ignored by Santino Marella, which Rae will not allow. The new Assistant to the Authority Director has promised him that things are going to change for him. Kazarian then began to mock the fans, claiming that even with one hand he could take out any of them. At that moment, Elijah made his entrance, ending the segment.

- Order 4 (Mustafa Ali and Tasha Steelz) (with Jason Hotch, John Skyler, and Agent 0) defeated Elijah and Jada Stone in a mixed tag team match. In the final moments of the match, Agent 0 climbed onto the apron to distract the referee. Ali took advantage of the situation to execute a tombstone piledriver on Stone so that Steelz could cover her.

- Arianna Grace approached Santino Marella backstage to express how she felt. Arianna believes that nothing she does seems enough to be able to move forward, whether in NXT or in TNA. Marella tried to cheer her up, but without success. Finally, he asked her if he could do something about it. Grace suggested that he give her a title match, but Marella considered it unfair to the rest of the locker room. Arianna understood, but she wasn't asking him as his daughter, but as someone who wants to show what she is capable of. Santino ended up accepting, putting a big smile on his daughter's face.

- Daria Rae announced several matches for TNA No Surrender:

  • TNA International Championship Match: Channing "Stacks" Lorenzo vs. Trey Miguel
  • The Hardys and The Righteous vs. Order 4
  • Nic Nemeth and Eddie Edwards vs. Mike Santana and Leon Slater

- Santino Marella appeared on stage to add a new match to the card:

  • Knockouts World Championship Match: Léi Yǐng Lee (c) vs. Arianna Grace

- Rae confronted Marella for giving a title opportunity to her daughter when she suddenly noticed the presence of Steve Maclin, who was saying goodbye to some colleagues backstage. Maclin addressed the camera to speak to the fans. Visibly emotional, Maclin deeply regretted having to leave a place he loves so much. Steve listed all his achievements in TNA during his time in the company before stating that he was leaving with his head held high. Mike Santana was waiting at the exit, wanting to thank him on behalf of the entire roster for his contribution to the company. "See you on the road," Mike said as he fist-bumped Maclin. Maclin pretended to walk out the exit door, only to attack the TNA World Champion from behind! "Selfish!" he shouted angrily as several security members separated him from his victim.

- Tessa Blanchard (with Milaa Moore and Victoria Crawford) defeated Rachel Ley after applying a hammerlock DDT.

  • TNA provided a medical update on several of its talents:
    • Rich Swann and AJ Francis have been medically cleared after their No Hold Barred Match last week.
    • Jada Stone is under observation after the attack by Mustafa Ali.
    • Ash By Elegance has been medically cleared to compete after her return to TNA.

- Ryan Nemeth challenged Mara Sadé to a peculiar competition to prove that he is a better athlete than her. Sadé began with a flawless throw on a football field. So much so, that Ryan had to pretend to have a pulled arm to avoid making his throw. Next, they played darts. Ryan almost hit the bullseye. Sadé, on the other hand, nailed her dart directly into Nemeth's back. They finally reached a basketball court, where Ryan tried his best to make a shot from the center of the court (something Mara achieved on her first try). Tired, Sadé decided it was time to leave, but Ryan grabbed her arm to have her explain how to make a shot with spin. Sadé responded with a superkick, leaving Nemeth collapsed on the floor. "Shot with spin," said Mara before leaving.

- Eric Young approached BDE backstage to offer himself as a mentor and show him the truth. However, BDE rejected the offer. "You seek an opportunity. I can give you the opportunity of your life", insisted Young. BDE continued to reject his proposal, which infuriated the veteran wrestler, who covered the young talent's mouth to immobilize him against a wall. "I'm giving you a gift that many never receive. I'll be waiting for you in the ring next week for your answer", said Young before leaving.

- Angel Warriors (Xia Brookside and Léi Yǐng Lee) and Indi Hartwell defeated The Elegance Brand (Ash By Elegance, M By Elegance, and Heather By Elegance) (with Mr. Elegance and Personal Concierge) in a tag team match. Brookside pinned Heather with a European Clutch cradle for the victory. The Elegance Brand attacked Brookside right after the match to then pose over her.

- An energetic Mike Santana closed the episode with a promo in the ring. The TNA World Champion recalled that two weeks ago he was in that same place stating that he was ready to carry the weight of the title. However, after what happened backstage, he was very clear that the world title easily turns your friends into fierce enemies. That said, he left the belt on the canvas, asking anyone who wants to take it from him to come forward and not from behind. Suddenly, The System as a whole stormed the ring to launch an assault on the Puerto Rican. The Hardys quickly came to the rescue, but the heels still had the numerical advantage. That's when Moose appeared on the scene. One by one, Moose got rid of all the members of what once was his faction, causing them to retreat. Moose shook hands with Jeff, Matt, and Santana as the show came to an end.
