Jordynne Grace suffers injury before SmackDown

Hours before the start of the last episode of WWE SmackDown, Jordynne Grace suffered an apparent injury that set off alarms in the company's hallways. The incident occurred after her match on Main Event against Alba Fyre, as shown in several videos that circulated on social media.

In the clips posted by attendees, members of the medical team and WWE officials can be seen attending to Grace once the match was over. Although details about the severity or type of injury have not been revealed yet, the wrestler wanted to take the moment with some humor.

"Well, at least there was already a wheelchair waiting for me," Grace joked on X, posting a photo of herself using Chelsea Green's wheelchair.

The apparent injury comes at an important moment in her rise in the main roster. After her time in NXT, Grace was promoted to SmackDown in January, immediately starting a rivalry with Jade Cargill for the WWE Women's Championship. Cargill managed to retain the title against her on February 13, although two weeks later Grace returned to action defeating Candice LeRae.

It remains to be seen whether this is something serious or just a scare. So far, WWE has not issued any statement regarding this matter.
