That WWE and All Elite Wrestling are keeping an eye on each other is no secret. In fact, the simple exchange of talent between both companies is proof enough that they are attentive to any opportunity to strengthen their rosters with wrestlers who want a change of scenery. But that's not all.

In a recent report by Wrestlevotes on Fightful Select, it has been specified that, within WWE, there are job positions that consist exclusively of watching All Elite Wrestling's television programming to keep the rest of the company informed.

"There are people in Stamford with AEW action figures on their desks. Some people's job is to watch AEW's programming and inform analytics and different departments about what is happening in AEW. That is a fact. It's not a secret," the report says.

WWE not only stays informed about what happens in AEW, but has also taken measures to weaken the competition, such as the recent cases of counterprogramming. An unpopular measure that, on the other hand, seems to have softened in recent months.

Despite everything, top executives like Triple H have stated on more than one occasion that they do not pay attention to what happens outside of WWE. However, that does not mean they are not aware of the stories and talent of Tony Khan's company, as everyone assumed from the beginning.
