Nic Nemeth and MJF will face off in an unprecedented one-on-one match at the upcoming major event of the Create A Pro Wrestling promotion. The match comes after both men started a peculiar war of words. Nemeth mentioned MJF in his recent appearances on Busted Open Radio. Something that didn't sit well with the AEW World Champion.

"I've been hearing Nic Nemeth criticize me for months with 'advice' and 'comments' disguised on Busted Open, when in reality he's just talking shit out of jealousy," wrote MJF on his social media. "This guy actually said I remind him of a younger Dolph Ziggler. Lol. I don't recall ever being an overrated mid carder. This guy is delusional. This guy is jealous. And most importantly, this guy should keep my fucking name out of his mouth."

"I am the most complete professional wrestler in the world. You couldn't even tie my boots or carry my microphone. Say my name again on your little show and I'll beat the shit out of you. You know where to find me. In the meantime, I'll focus on my world title defense against 'The God' Kenny Omega at Dynasty. Because I only face the best of the best. Let me know when the Spirit Squad kid deserves to be in that conversation," he concluded.

This afternoon, Brian Myers, co-owner of Create A Pro Wrestling and Nemeth's locker room partner at TNA Wrestling, has tweeted to announce that Nic and MJF have reached an agreement to settle their differences in the ring. "I have spoken with both parties involved and they have agreed to resolve this. There aren't many dream matches left in professional wrestling. But this is definitely one of them...", he wrote.

The match will take place at the Monumental Moment event on Friday, May 1 at the All Sportz Melville in Melville, New York. This will be the first time Nemeth and MJF face each other in their respective professional careers, as well as the return of "The Devil" to CAP three years after his last match in the promotion.

This match will continue MJF's tour on the independent scene, where he has already defended the AEW World Championship twice (at Limittless Rumble against Alec Price and at HOG No Turning Back against Zilla Fatu). This time, it seems that the top title of All Elite Wrestling will not be on the line.
