- Mustafa Ali (with Tasha Steelz, Agent 0, Jason Hotch, and John Skyler) defeated BDE (with Rich Swann) in the night's opener. Ali applied a Dance with the Devil for the win.

- Hotch and Skyler launched an assault on Swann right after the match. Trey Miguel quickly appeared to hit Agent 0 with his X-Division Championship before entering the ring to face Ali, Hotch, and Skyler. However, Steelz's intervention turned the tables. At that moment, Jada Stone stormed in to surprise the members of Order 4. Stone got rid of Ali with a hurricanrana before causing Hotch and Skyler to fall to ringside over the top rope. While celebrating, Agent 0 climbed into the ring to catch her, ready to execute a chokeslam. However, Miguel intervened just in time to rescue her. Miguel and Ali held Jada and Steelz to prevent them from coming to blows. And so, this segment came to an end.

- Gia Miller interviewed Leon Slater and Mike Santana before their tag team match that night and their respective title defenses at Sacrifice. Leon made it clear that he can handle the pressure, promising to retain the X-Division Championship at the New Orleans PPV. Santana, on the other hand, assured that he will put an end to Steve Maclin's little plan, who will have no choice but to return home defeated to admit his failure. Daria Rae interrupted the interview to remind Santana that he was forbidden to lay hands on Maclin before Sacrifice. Otherwise, he would be stripped of the TNA World Championship, leaving it vacant. In that case, a tournament (from which Santana would be excluded) would determine the new champion. With that said, Rae left, and the segment came to an end.

- Jeff Hardy (with Matt Hardy) defeated Brian Myers (with Bear Bronson, Eddie Edwards, and Cedric Alexander). Jeff applied a Twist of Fate, followed by a Swanton Bomb for the victory.

- The System launched an assault on The Hardys right after the match. The Righteous (Dutch and Vincent) quickly came out to join the TNA World Tag Team Champions, leading to a brawl that moved backstage. Bear Bronson was the only one left in the ring, at which point Moose made his entrance for his scheduled match against The System member.

- Moose (with Alisha Edwards) defeated Bear Bronson after hitting a spear. The System tried to intervene in the final moments of the match, but Moose's former NFL teammates jumped the audience barrier to prevent it. Bronson got distracted, allowing Moose to surprise him with his finisher. Moose and his former teammates celebrated in the ring as the segment came to a close.

- Mara Sadé was relaxing with her smartphone backstage after filming a short promo/interview with Gia Miller. Suddenly, her phone disappeared from her hands. In its place, she found a piece of paper inviting her to read (Read Me). Sadé opened the paper to read a new message: "Follow the White Rabbit." At that moment, the strange and bloodied rabbit that has accompanied Rosemary in recent weeks appeared on the scene. Sadé followed the rabbit into a building and then up a flight of stairs. At one point, Mara saw herself climbing those same stairs. The video ended, once again with a "To be continued."

- The System (Bear Bronson, Eddie Edwards, Brian Myers, and Cedric Alexander) delivered a promo on the stairs of the venue. Furious, Bronson addressed Moose and The Hardys. "Do you think this is over!? THIS IS FAR FROM OVER!", he exclaimed. Myers promised Jeff and Matt Hardy that they would snatch the TNA World Tag Team Championships from them. Edwards, on his part, warned Moose that he can have whoever he wants in his corner at Sacrifice, but he will have to live with the consequences of the match for the rest of his life. Alexander was the last to deliver a message, in this case to Leon Slater, promising to take the X-Division Championship for The System. The four men left the scene, at which point The Righteous appeared at the top of the stairs to remain silent.

- Tessa Blanchard, Mila Moore, and Victoria Crawford defeated Jody Threat, Myla Grace, and Harley Hudson in a six-woman tag team match. Blanchard hit a Buzzsaw on Grace for the win.

  • TNA provided a medical update on several of its talents:
    • Indi Hartwell is still not medically cleared after the attack by Arianna Grace last week.
    • Ash By Elegance remains while dealing with mental health issues.
    • Despite not being 100% recovered after receiving a piledriver from Eric Young, Leon Slater has been medically cleared to compete tonight.

- Rosemary starred in a new video, "Wrath". In it, she conversed with herself, pointing out that "this time is different, because it's dangerous." At that moment, a mysterious character appeared, revealing himself as her "brother" Crazzy Steve, who could also see Allie. Steve wanted to make it clear that he was not happy in this new "life." "This life is a joke!" he exclaimed. Despite that, he was willing to give her what he had come for: a sacrifice. Rosemary brought her head close to Steve's to receive some kind of energy. After that, she kissed Steve's head, thanked him, and left. Steve began to laugh as the video came to an end. "To be continued."

- Eric Young defeated Brad Attitude after hitting a piledriver.

- Someone attacked Matt Hardy on the stairs of the venue. The Righteous appeared to blame The System. However, Matt acknowledged that he had not seen his attackers, as they caught him off guard from behind.

- Gia Miller interviewed Buff Bagwell on the entrance ramp. The legend thanked God for accompanying him every step of his life, including the amputation of his leg. After that, he wanted to apologize to the fans for his behavior over the past 20 years, stating that if they support him, he would walk once more towards the ring for one last match. Frankie Kazarian interrupted the interview to mock Bagwell. "You're not walking anywhere", he said. "You're pathetic," he added before continuing with his taunts. Kazarian made it clear that he would not compete again. "You're half the man you used to be, and I'm twice the man you ever were", he said. Elijah intervened, prompting Kazarian to leave the scene. Elijah made it clear that that night was for Bagwell, not for Kazarian, and promised that no one would stop him from fulfilling his dream. With that said, he offered to accompany him on the day he decides to walk towards the ring one last time. Bagwell thanked him, ensuring that nothing would please him more than "walking with Elijah." Both men embraced to end the segment.

- Santino Marella announced that Matt Hardy would not be able to compete at Sacrifice due to the attack he suffered that same night. At that moment, The Righteous appeared. After blaming The System for attacking one of their "brothers," Vincent suggested to Marella that the faction should be punished. With that said, he offered himself as Jeff Hardy's partner to face Cedric Alexander and Brian Myers at Sacrifice. An idea that Marella accepted.

- Dani Luna delivered a promo backstage. Luna recalled that she would finally be able to compete for the Knockouts World Championship at Sacrifice, even though she had to earn another opportunity despite never losing the previous one. Luna promised to defeat her opponents, including the lucky champion Arianna Grace, before delivering a final message: "Tomorrow Dani Luna will win, because tomorrow is Doomsday.".

- The System (Cedric Alexander and Eddie Edwards) defeated Mike Santana and Leon Slater in a tag team match in the main event of the night. Steve Maclin appeared in the final moments of the match to catch Leon in a Gojira Clutch. Santana quickly came to his partner's aid, at which point Maclin stood in front of him, provoking him to hit him in the face. However, it was a recovered Slater who struck him with a superkick. While Leon exacted his revenge on Steve, Santana returned to the ring, where he was surprised by a Boston Knee Party from Edwards. The show ended with The System celebrating on the entrance ramp as Santana and Slater absorbed the defeat on the mat.
