Lucha Libre AAA presented a new show last night loaded with action, combining standout comebacks, title defense, and international presence in its trios division. The event was broadcasted on the YouTube channels of WWE and Lucha Libre AAA.
The opening match pitted The Tokyo Bad Boys (Kento, Takuma, and Nobu San) against Lince Dorado, Mecha Wolf, and El Mesías. El Mesías' return, absent for over a year, set the pace of the match, especially in the final moments. After several intense exchanges and action both inside and outside the ring, the technical team managed to prevail when Mesías hit his finisher on Takuma to seal the victory.
In the women's division, Flammer defended the Reina de Reinas Championship against Sussy Love. The champion took the initiative from the start, although Love responded with several powerful offensives that put the champion in trouble. Nevertheless, Flammer managed to halt her rival's momentum at the crucial moment, hitting a lungblower to secure the three count.
International action came with a trios match between Team Europe (Axiom, Dorian Van Dux, and Elio LeFleur) and Team UK (Charlie Dempsey, Nathan Frazer, and Tristan Angels). The match stood out for its fast pace and the contrast of styles, especially in the technical exchanges between Axiom and Dempsey. In the final moments, LeFleur managed to tip the scales in favor of his team after hitting his definitive offense on Angels.
Additionally, the show served to advance the rivalry between Penta and El Hijo del Vikingo. After airing a video reviewing the trajectory and recent impact of the current WWE Intercontinental Champion, Penta appeared to address Vikingo directly, in a message full of intent. Without coming to a physical confrontation, his words made it clear that the showdown between them is drawing closer, reinforcing the feeling that AAA is preparing a high-level clash between two of its current top figures.
