Liv Morgan and Roxanne Perez are being evaluated for possible concussion after a violent segment on Raw. Stephanie Vaquer stormed in to attack Morgan, pushing her into Perez. Both collided heads forcefully before Vaquer threw Morgan against a television.

Bryan Alvarez reports that "both are in concussion protocol after hitting their heads hard when Vaquer surprised Liv from behind". Hopefully, we have not witnessed a disaster that affects WrestleMania, he wrote. The impact was audible on the broadcast.

Morgan and Perez were discussing loyalties when Vaquer attacked. Perez had just returned from injury - a benign growth removed - and last week she helped Morgan against the Women's World Champion. Morgan won the 2026 Royal Rumble and chose Vaquer, starting this personal war.

A concussion for Morgan would jeopardize her title match against Vaquer at WrestleMania 42, her first world opportunity on the main roster after winning the Rumble. Perez, newly recovered, adds extra concern for WWE with just a few days until the event.

Pending Updates

WWE has not issued an official statement, but the concussion protocol is standard. If confirmed, Morgan could lose crucial momentum pre-Mania. Vaquer solidifies her run with this aggression, but the focus is on those affected.
