WWE has once again put Hulk Hogan at the center of the conversation during WrestleMania 42 weekend in Las Vegas. In WWE World, Triple H, Nick Hogan, and Jimmy Hart took part in the unveiling of a new bronze statue dedicated to the legendary former wrestler.
The company shared images of the moment with just one word as a message: "Immortal." The tribute comes months after Hogan's passing and reinforces WWE's intention to continue highlighting his impact on the company's history.
The piece reproduces several of the most recognizable elements of Hogan's image, including his classic hand-to-ear gesture and the presence of a recreated American flag in bronze. The result is a monument designed to encapsulate the figure of the "Hulkster" as one of the most iconic in the business.
The statue is part of the activities at WWE World, where fans can view it throughout the WrestleMania weekend.
In addition to the statue, WWE is celebrating Hogan with the "Hulkamania Forever" space, an exhibition featuring costumes, memorabilia, interactive elements, and other items linked to his career. Nick Hogan has already visited the exhibit and posed alongside his father's mementos.
The company also acknowledged his legacy by selecting his match against Andre The Giant at WrestleMania III as the Immortal Moment of the Hall of Fame 2026. This is complemented by the Netflix premiere of Hulk Hogan: Real American on April 22.
The death of Hulk Hogan, which occurred on July 24, 2025, at the age of 71, marked the end of one of the most influential careers in the history of professional wrestling. According to the report, the WWE icon suffered a heart attack at his home in Clearwater, Florida, and it was later confirmed that the official cause was an acute myocardial infarction.
Hogan's passing prompted an immediate reaction in the wrestling world and in popular culture at large. WWE issued a statement remembering him as one of the most recognizable figures in the company and as a key name in the global expansion of professional wrestling during the 80s and 90s.
Beyond his controversies outside the ring, Hogan left a huge mark on the industry: he was the face of the WrestleMania boom, a symbol of Hulkamania, and one of the names that helped turn WWE into a global brand.
