The WrestleMania 42 weekend was not as pleasant and idyllic as it should have been for WWE superstars. Many of them ended up having negative experiences with fans. Much has been said about the incident involving CM Punk and a fan at his Las Vegas hotel, but more and more affected individuals have been sharing similar stories in the last few hours. This is the case of Jade Cargill and Je'Von Evans, who discussed the issue in a recent interview for 520 Podcast.

"It's very difficult, but I always remember when I was younger and couldn't afford tickets to WrestleMania or wrestling events in general. Just seeing a wrestler walking by would have made my day. I always put myself in that situation and whenever I can chat with a fan, I usually do it, unless they are exaggerating or I'm in a hurry or in a bad mood. It's very difficult, but it's also very cool, you're building a connection with the fans," Evans said.

"What they do is people use their kids to ask for autographs," Cargill added. "The father is right there, it's 4:00 in the morning at the airport. Why is your child here? They should be going to school. What are we doing? But well, I appreciate our fans. If anything, this shows us that what we do is worth it, because people don't see the dark side of wrestling when it comes to traveling. Traveling is very tough, dealing with everything else, we have families and many other things."

"The fact that fans show up, spend the hard-earned money and queue for hours just to shake our hands and for us to see their faces means a lot. But this weekend was very overwhelming. They were everywhere in the lobbies and places. We have appearances, we have autograph signings and if you want to see us, just come to our meet and greets. But I will stop when I have time. We will do it, we will make time. But most of the time we are in a hurry, going back and forth. I think we did the best we could with all the crowds at the hotel," explained "The Storm."

More forceful were the words of Drew McIntyre, who took to his social media to criticize those fans who invaded his privacy and that of his family, and who had no qualms about using their own children until late hours of the night to get autographs they wouldn't have obtained otherwise.

"To the fans who spent their hard-earned money to have the opportunity to greet, take a photo, get an autograph, or give me one of my many, many wristbands, I thank each and every one of you. To those who rushed towards my family and me at the hotel, who kept their children awake until 2 in the morning by putting them in front of us, or who shoved a camera in my face without asking permission, you are lucky that I am a calm person outside the ring. Please, do not do that ever again," he wrote.
