Carlee Bright has confirmed that WWE released her last Friday, putting an end to a stage that began when she signed with the company in 2023. The news came just as it was revealed that she will be part of the new season of WWE LFG, which premieres tonight.
In her farewell message, Bright thanked the time she spent in the company and described her time in WWE as a valuable, albeit difficult experience. She acknowledged that she did not imagine this chapter would end like this, but highlighted that she learned to deal with uncertainty and moments that test any wrestler.
The wrestler also expressed affection towards the people she worked with, mentioning recordings, long trips, makeup, and intense training as part of a stage she compared to living her "own Hannah Montana," in the sense of combining two very different worlds.
Bright closed her farewell by recalling that she achieved her childhood dream and thanking those who supported her. Her post suggests that, although a cycle in WWE is closing, her story within wrestling is not over yet.
Bright is part of the latest wave of WWE releases, which includes figures like Kairi Sane or the members of the Wyatt Sicks.
