WWE has made official the lineups for its upcoming stops in Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid as part of the WWE European Summer Tour. The three cities will host events featuring several of the company's top stars, including Cody Rhodes, Gunther, Rhea Ripley, Trick Williams, Charlotte Flair, and Seth Rollins.
Barcelona will kick off the tour on Friday, May 29 with SmackDown at the Olimpic Arena Badalona, in a night highlighted by the presence of Cody Rhodes, Drew McIntyre, Gunther, Sami Zayn, Solo Sikoa, and the MFTs, as well as tag team champions Damian Priest and R-Truth and tag team champions Brie Bella & Paige. Also appearing are Charlotte Flair & Alexa Bliss and United States champion Trick Williams, making this date one of the most stacked in the European leg.
Lisbon will welcome WWE on Wednesday, June 3 at the MEO Arena, marking the company's return to Portugal for the first time in nine years. The lineup includes Cody Rhodes vs. Gunther for the WWE Undisputed Championship, Jacob Fatu vs. Drew McIntyre in a Street Fight, and Penta vs. Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship.
Madrid will close out the Spanish leg on Thursday, June 4 at the Palacio Vistalegre, with a lineup very similar to Lisbon's and a highly anticipated return of WWE to the capital after eight years. The company has emphasized that tickets are already on sale and that meet & greet packages are also available for all three dates.
With these announcements, WWE strengthens a European tour that combines television, titles, and major matchups in three of the continent's most important markets. Barcelona, Lisbon, and Madrid will have a high-level showcase to kick off the summer with several storylines heading towards the next premium events.
