Tonight, WWE celebrated a new edition of Monday Night Raw with great matches and intense segments. The climax came during the main event, where the signing of the contract for the World Heavyweight Championship took place; there, Jacob Fatu unleashed chaos after launching a brutal attack against Roman Reigns.
The main event began with Roman Reigns reminding his cousin that his presence in the company is, in part, thanks to his own legacy, emphasizing that there is a family code of conduct that should not be broken. The champion stood firm in pointing out that, although Fatu is part of his blood, in the WWE ring there is a clear hierarchy and "The Samoan Werewolf" is still below his level.
On his part, Fatu broke the silence admitting to feeling caught between a rock and a hard place. Desperately, Fatu made it clear that he is willing to do anything for the well-being of his family, even if it means going over the "Tribal Chief" himself to snatch the World Heavyweight Championship.
After Jacob signed, the ceremony ended in violence when Fatu tried to subdue Reigns with a Tongan Death Grip. Although the champion resisted, Jacob's brutality prevailed as he threw Roman against the signing table and overturned it on him in a humiliating manner. With Reigns lying on the mat and receiving medical attention, "The Samoan Werewolf" signed the contract on his knees and left the ring triumphantly.
