Nick Khan will continue to serve as president of WWE until at least December 30, 2030, the date on which his new contract with TKO will expire, as stated in the company's presentation to the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission of the United States). Below you can read the content of the official document.

"The parties agree that the term of this Agreement and Khan's employment thereunder shall be for a period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on December 31, 2030 (such period, the 'Term'), subject to the right of both WWE and Khan to terminate their employment relationship and the Term prior to its expiration, as set forth in Section 4 below, and subject to the provisions of such Section 4 regarding post-termination payments to Khan and/or refunds due from WWE. In the event that Khan continues to provide services to WWE after the expiration of the Term, such employment relationship shall continue on an at-will basis, such that both WWE and Khan may terminate the employment relationship for any reason at any time; however, if Khan intends to terminate his contract, he must provide written notice to WWE at least sixty (60) days in advance.

Base Salary: Effective as of the Effective Date, Khan's base salary shall be $2,000,000 annually until December 31, 2026, and thereafter shall be $3,000,000 annually from January 1, 2027 until the end of the Term, less applicable taxes and withholdings. This salary shall be paid biweekly in accordance with WWE's standard payroll practices, which may be updated periodically, and shall be subject to merit adjustments at WWE's sole discretion (and with the approval of TKO's Board of Directors or the relevant body with delegated authority) ('Base Salary')."

Nick Khan was hired by WWE in 2020 to directly serve as President and Chief Revenue Officer. His proximity to the executive leadership, including Vince McMahon, allowed him to gain more power within the company. The departure of the Chairman in 2022 led to his appointment as co-CEO alongside Stephanie McMahon. However, she would resign a year later, leaving Khan as the sole CEO of the company in 2023. Finally, with the merger of WWE and UFC under the umbrella of TKO, Khan was appointed as president of WWE, a position he has held to this day.
