TNA Wrestling and All Elite Wrestling will celebrate two of their most important PPVs of the year on Sunday, June 28th. However, both shows will not directly compete with each other. TNA has decided to advance the start time of Slammiversary, which will prevent it from coinciding with the AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door schedule.

With this change, Slammiversary will start at 3:00 PM (Eastern time). Forbidden Door is currently scheduled to start at 7:00 PM (Eastern time). Although the company has not confirmed it yet, it is expected that this first hour corresponds to the traditional pre-show (ZERO HOUR).

This change takes place in the midst of a conflict between both companies, with Carlos Silva accusing AEW of counterprogramming. In addition to this, there is the controversial decision by the TNA president to prohibit their talent from facing AEW wrestlers in the independent scene, which led to the cancellation of several already scheduled matches.

TNA Slammiversary 2026 will take place at the Agganis Arena in Boston, Massachusetts. The show is expected to feature talents from TNA and WWE NXT. On the other hand, Forbidden Door will be held at the SAP Center in San Jose, California. The event will feature talents from AEW, NJPW, CMLL, and STARDOM.
