WWE NXT posted its lowest ratings of the CW era with its May 12 episode

The CW aired a new episode of WWE NXT on the night of Tuesday, May 12. This episode registered an audience rating of 498,000 viewers, as reported by Programming Insider. This represents a lower rating compared to the previous week (641,000 viewers), and the worst rating of The CW era. The first half-hour had an average of 558,000 viewers, the second 470,000, the third 484,000, and the fourth 478,000.

The program had a share of 0.06 in the key demographic, corresponding to the ages between 18 and 49 years old, worsening the previous week's rating (0.11). As an additional fact, WWE NXT was the fifth most-watched open program of Tuesday night in terms of key demographics within its time slot.

This week's episode featured several segments and matches of interest, highlighting Naraku's in-ring debut, Mason Rook's contract signing with NXT, Lizzy Rain and Tatum Paxley's victory over Zaria and Nikkita Lyons, and the main event of the night, with Kelani Jordan defeating Kendal Grey.
