Adam Copeland is living what is probably the last stage of his professional career in All Elite Wrestling. At 52 years old, the Canadian is enjoying his work for Tony Khan's company. So much so, that he could remain linked to the promotion once he hangs up his boots. This is how "The Rated-R Superstar" explained it when asked about the topic in a recent interview granted to Westwood One Sports.

"That depends on Tony and what he might need. Those are things I don't know. Where would you need me? So I think we would just talk about it at that moment and say, 'Well, yeah, that sounds fun' or 'I just want to sit on my terrace or go jet skiing, kayaking or something like that.' I don't know. But I am a creative person and I know that, whatever happens, I will need to satisfy that creative urge. Whether solely acting or perhaps helping in the creative part of AEW and continuing with acting at the same time. I don't know, but I do know that, as for the work environment, I love going there. It wouldn't be like they would have to force me to stay," said Copeland.

Adam Copeland landed in All Elite Wrestling at the end of 2023 with a clear goal in mind: to end his career as a professional wrestler alongside his best friend, Christian Cage. Shortly after his arrival, Copeland began an intense rivalry with Cage with the TNT Championship at stake.

The betrayal by their respective partners (FTR and The Patriarchy) led them to form an alliance. They are currently scheduled to face Dax Harwood and Cash Wheeler for the AEW World Tag Team Championships in an "I Quit" Match at Double or Nothing. In case of victory, Copeland and Cage would once again hold gold as a team fifteen years after their last reign.
